The remodel gives the home a new level of curb appeal

This project involved removing the old staircase and sloped concrete walk leading up to the front door and replacing it with new stairs, balustrades, columns and additional stairs and landings—all in colored and stamped concrete.

Architectural elements included:

  • New stairs and landings replacing the old sloped walkway
  • New brick columns with built in lights at the top of the first set of stairs
  • New pre-cast caps to match the old
  • New brick row-lock top on the existing retaining wall
  • Stamped and colored concrete
  • High quality masonry coating on the existing retaining wall
